We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

This policy covers your use of this website. It does not cover the clinical records we hold about you as a patient, which are managed separately at the clinic under our clinical record-keeping obligations.

What information we collect

Contact form. If you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.

Analytics. With your consent (see Cookies below), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are most visited. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymised.

Security. To protect the contact form from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical information about your browser and connection. This is a security measure and does not track you across other websites.

We do not collect medical or health information through this website. Please do not include sensitive medical details in the contact form — these are best discussed at your consultation.

How your enquiry is processed

Contact form messages are delivered to our clinic inbox using Brevo, an EU-based transactional email provider, and you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email. Your enquiry is kept only as long as needed to deal with it and for any follow-up you request.

Online booking

The “Book an Appointment” buttons on this site link to our online booking system, which is provided by Phorest. When you book through that system, your information is processed under Phorest’s privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it when you first book.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and sets no non-essential cookies without your consent.

Consent choice: when you accept or decline the cookie banner, your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we don’t ask you again. This is strictly necessary and contains no personal data.
Google Analytics: set only if you accept the cookie banner. These cookies (_ga, _ga_*) help us understand site usage. If you decline, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Legal bases

We rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries you send us and to keep the site secure, and on your consent for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time as described above.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. The service providers named above (Brevo, Google, Cloudflare, Phorest) process data on our behalf or as described in their own policies. Your rights
